Bewertung durch die einzelnen Jurymitglieder:

Marduc:
Leider kenne ich die Vorlage überhaupt nicht, aber Votumns Umsetzung lässt ein REM-typisches Schlaflied vermuten. Auf jeden Fall zeichnet er die Misere eines jeden anspruchsvollen Raiders auf: Es gibt immer noch etwas mehr und es scheint unschaffbar zu erreichen, doch wenn man es erreicht hat, geht es hinter dem letzten Doppelpunkt von vorne los.

Stimme:
Auch diesmal gibt sich Votum nicht mit ein paar dahingeklatschten Versen zum Mitgrölen zufrieden und stellt seine Reimsicherheit ebenfalls im Englischen unter Beweis. Anscheinend nahm er sich die Kritik vor dem Recall zu Herzen und entschied sich für eine melodiöse Begleitung. Zu sehr wollte er sich den Massen offensichtlich dann aber doch nicht annähern. Wer sich sein melancholisch-pointiertes Werk ohne die Einnahme von Antidepressiva zu Gemüte führen kann, ist für jeden Randomraid gewappnet.

Technisch solide Umsetzung, die parallelistisch monotone Aufmachung unterstützt den Inhalt. Joa.. joa... warum nicht.
Fazit: Ich könnte mir das vorstellen - so zwischen besoffener Elch und verrückter Frosch.
